Design and develop mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms to support CBRE’s business operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the developed applications.
Continuously research and implement new technologies and techniques to improve the mobile development process.
Troubleshoot and debug any issues that arise during development and post-release.
Conduct regular testing and maintenance to ensure the stability and security of the mobile applications.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in mobile development to suggest improvements and best practices.
Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver solutions that meet their requirements.
Proactively identify and propose solutions to potential development roadblocks or challenges.
Adhere to coding standards and best practices to ensure code quality and maintainability.
Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior developers.
Communicate project progress and any potential risks or delays to the project manager.
Follow agile development processes and participate in daily stand-up meetings.
Collaborate with the QA team to ensure proper testing and deployment of the mobile applications.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users and internal teams.
Document the development process and any changes made to the applications.
Keep track of project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
Continuously strive to improve the user experience of the mobile applications and implement user feedback.
Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding security and data privacy.
Act as a brand ambassador for CBRE and represent the company in a professional and positive manner.

Job Qualifications
Experience With Mobile Development Frameworks And Tools Such As React Native, Flutter, Or Xcode.
Bachelor’s Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience Developing And Launching Mobile Applications For Ios And Android Platforms.
Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Swift, Objective-C, Java, And/Or Kotlin.
Strong Understanding Of Mobile Development Best Practices, Including Ui/Ux Design, Testing, And Debugging.
