Collaborate with team members to design, develop, and implement DevOps solutions for Visa’s software development processes.
Continuously monitor and improve the efficiency, reliability, and security of our software systems through automation and best practices.
Take ownership of managing and maintaining our DevOps infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software tools.
Develop and maintain documentation, including system architecture, design specifications, and standard operating procedures.
Work closely with developers and QA teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to DevOps and make recommendations for their adoption.
Contribute to the overall technical strategy and roadmap for DevOps at Visa.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and management, providing regular updates on project status and issues.
Mentor and coach junior team members, promoting a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the team.

Job Qualifications
Strong Technical Background In Software Engineering: This Includes Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Java, Python, And C++, As Well As Experience With Database Management, Cloud Computing, And Containerization Technologies.
Knowledge Of Devops Principles And Tools: A Sw Engineer – Devops Role At Visa Would Require Expertise In Devops Practices, Including Continuous Integration And Delivery, Automated Testing, And Infrastructure As Code. Familiarity With Tools Such As Jenkins, Ansible, And Docker Is Also Essential.
