Develop and drive the overall global strategy for FX and multicurrency solutions, in line with Visa’s overall business objectives.
Lead and manage a team of product managers to effectively execute on the strategy and deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients and customers.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and competitive landscape, using insights to inform product development and enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technology, to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and customer value.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of FX and multicurrency solutions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Stay informed on emerging technologies and market developments to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
Represent Visa and our FX and multicurrency solutions at industry events and conferences, building relationships with key stakeholders and influencing industry conversations.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
Provide regular updates and presentations to senior management on product strategy, progress, and key initiatives.
Mentor and develop team members to drive their professional growth and contribute to the success of the organization.

Job Qualifications
In-Depth Knowledge And Experience In The Fx And Multicurrency Solutions Industry, Including A Strong Understanding Of Market Trends, Competitive Landscape, And Regulatory Requirements.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Executing Product Strategies For Global Markets, With A Focus On Driving Revenue Growth And Market Share.
Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Product Managers And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Achieve Business Objectives.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Articulate Complex Product Concepts To Both Internal And External Stakeholders.
Bachelor’s Or Master’s Degree In Business, Economics, Finance, Or A Related Field, With At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
