Load and unload trucks with PepsiCo products in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure accurate and safe loading of products onto delivery trucks, following all company procedures and safety guidelines.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritize and organize loading schedule to meet delivery deadlines.
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move and stack products as needed.
Inspect and report any damaged or missing products to supervisors.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including sweeping and removing debris, to ensure a safe and efficient work space.
Adhere to inventory control procedures to ensure accurate product counts and prevent loss or damage.
Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
Communicate any issues or concerns with equipment or inventory to supervisors in a timely manner.
Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, including packaging, labeling, and stocking products.
Follow all company protocols for food safety and quality control.
Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to improve skills and performance.
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to meeting productivity and accuracy goals.
Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot any issues that may arise during loading or delivery process.
