Develop and implement strategies and processes to ensure compliance with all local, national, and international regulatory standards for food and beverage products.
Monitor and track changes in regulations and proactively communicate potential impact to key stakeholders.
Conduct thorough research and analysis of new and existing regulations to identify potential risks and opportunities for innovation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, quality assurance, legal, and marketing to ensure alignment and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Provide guidance and support to product development teams to ensure product formulations and labeling comply with regulatory standards.
Serve as a subject matter expert on regulatory affairs, providing guidance and training to internal teams as needed.
Conduct and manage regulatory audits and inspections, addressing any findings and implementing corrective actions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with regulatory agencies, industry organizations, and external consultants.
Lead and participate in product recall and crisis management processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to regulatory authorities.
Stay current on industry trends and changes in regulations to anticipate potential impact on PepsiCo’s business.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and increase efficiency in regulatory compliance.
Mentor and coach junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge in regulatory affairs.
Represent PepsiCo in industry events and conferences, sharing best practices and promoting the company’s commitment to regulatory compliance.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records related to regulatory compliance.
Communicate with transparency and integrity, ensuring all regulatory information is handled in a confidential and ethical manner.

Job Qualifications
Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Food Science, Nutrition, Or Biology.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Regulatory Affairs And/Or Product Development Within The Food And Beverage Industry.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Guidelines, As Well As Experience With International Regulations.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Navigating Complex Regulatory Challenges And Obtaining Necessary Approvals For New Products.
Strong Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
