Ensure products are properly stocked and displayed in retail stores
Merchandise products according to company standards and guidelines
Collaborate with store managers to determine optimal product placement and displays
Maintain accurate inventory levels and communicate any discrepancies to management
Monitor sales trends and adjust product placement accordingly
Execute merchandising plans and promotions as directed by management
Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to maximize sales opportunities
Keep track of product expiration dates and rotate stock accordingly
Conduct regular store visits to assess product availability and display quality
Report any customer complaints or issues to management in a timely manner
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Adhere to all safety and health regulations while performing job duties
Attend training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures
Work collaboratively with other team members to meet sales and performance goals
Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries.
