Ensure proper display and stocking of PepsiCo Beverages products in stores.
Provide excellent customer service to store managers and customers.
Execute merchandising plans and promotions according to company standards.
Monitor and report on product inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to all safety protocols.
Communicate effectively with store managers and PepsiCo Beverages representatives.
Follow all company policies and procedures.
Continuously monitor and report on competitor activities and market trends.
Utilize problem-solving skills to address issues and challenges in the merchandising process.
Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately and on time.
Represent PepsiCo Beverages in a positive and professional manner at all times.
Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales and merchandising goals.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
Proactively identify and report any potential issues or opportunities for improvement.
