Safely and efficiently operate a commercial vehicle to deliver PepsiCo products to local customers.
Plan and prioritize delivery routes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including receipts and customer signatures.
Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies to ensure a safe delivery process.
Communicate effectively with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure accurate inventory and timely deliveries.
Perform routine vehicle maintenance and keep delivery vehicle clean and organized.
Resolve any delivery issues or customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Follow company procedures for loading and unloading products safely.
Continuously monitor and report any maintenance or safety concerns to management.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing PepsiCo to customers and the public.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to DOT regulations and PepsiCo standards.
Attend training and safety meetings as required.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
Valid Commercial Driver’s License (Cdl) Class A: This Is A Requirement For Any Delivery Driver Job At Pepsico As It Allows The Candidate To Legally Operate A Commercial Vehicle.
Clean Driving Record: Candidates Must Have A Clean Driving Record And Be Able To Pass A Background Check And Drug Test. This Ensures They Have A History Of Safe Driving And Can Be Trusted To Deliver Products Efficiently.
Experience In Commercial Delivery: Having Previous Experience As A Delivery Driver In A Commercial Setting, Preferably In The Food And Beverage Industry, Is Highly Desirable For This Role. It Shows The Candidate Is Familiar With The Demands And Expectations Of The Job.
Physical Fitness: This Job Requires A Lot Of Physical Activity, Including Loading And Unloading Heavy Products, Driving For Long Hours, And Maneuvering Large Vehicles. Candidates Must Be Physically Fit And Able To Handle The Demands Of The Job.
Customer Service Skills: As A Delivery Driver, Candidates Will Be Interacting With Customers On A Daily Basis.
