Develop and execute laser marketing strategies across multiple regions to drive growth for PepsiCo.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of laser marketing initiatives.
Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for laser marketing campaigns.
Create detailed project plans and timelines to ensure timely and successful execution of laser marketing initiatives.
Manage budgets and resources efficiently to maximize ROI for laser marketing campaigns.
Monitor and analyze the performance of laser marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Build and maintain relationships with regional partners and vendors to support laser marketing efforts.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Engineering Or Related Field: A Strong Educational Background In Engineering Or A Related Field Is Essential For A Laser Regional Job At Pepsico. This Qualification Demonstrates Technical Knowledge And Problem-Solving Skills, Which Are Necessary For Managing Laser Operations At A Regional Level.
Previous Experience In Laser Technology: Candidates Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Working With Laser Technology. This Can Include Experience In Laser Process Optimization, Troubleshooting, And Maintenance. Experience In A Similar Role With A Food And Beverage Company Would Be Considered A Plus.
Knowledge Of Safety Standards And Regulations: Laser Technology Involves Potential Hazards, So It Is Crucial For Candidates To Have A Thorough Understanding Of Laser Safety Standards And Regulations. This Includes Knowledge Of Handling And Storing Laser Equipment, As Well As Implementing Safety Protocols In The Workplace.
