Maintaining Product Displays: The Part-Time Merchandiser will be responsible for ensuring that PepsiCo products are attractively displayed in retail stores, following company guidelines and standards.
Stocking and Inventory Management: The Merchandiser will be in charge of regularly restocking shelves with PepsiCo products and monitoring inventory levels to ensure adequate supply.
Building Relationships: This role requires building and maintaining positive relationships with retail partners to ensure the successful placement and promotion of PepsiCo products.
Sales and Promotion: The Merchandiser will be responsible for driving sales by creating eye-catching displays, promoting new products, and ensuring proper pricing and promotional materials are in place.
Time Management: Working in a fast-paced environment, the Merchandiser must effectively manage their time to complete all required tasks within the designated shift.
Attention to Detail: This position requires a keen eye for detail to ensure all products are properly displayed, priced, and stocked according to company standards.
Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively with retail partners, fellow team members, and PepsiCo management is crucial in this role.
Physical Demands: The Part-Time Merchandiser must be able to regularly lift and move heavy cases of product, as well as stand and walk for extended periods while stocking shelves.
Adherence to Company Policies: The Merchandiser must follow all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, while completing their duties.
Flexibility: The Merchandiser may be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed, to meet the demands of the business and retail partners.

Job Qualifications
Previous Experience In Merchandising Or Retail: Candidates Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience Working In A Similar Role, Ideally In The Food And Beverage Industry.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: A Merchandiser Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Store Managers And Fellow Employees, As Well As Customers, In A Professional And Friendly Manner.
Ability To Work Independently: This Role Requires The Ability To Work Independently And Manage Time Effectively In Order To Complete Tasks And Meet Deadlines.
Physical Ability: As A Merchandiser, You Will Be Required To Lift And Move Heavy Cases Of Products, As Well As Stand For Extended Periods Of Time While Stocking Shelves And Setting Up Displays.
