Job Qualifications
Strong Organizational Skills: A Production Resource At Pepsico Should Have Excellent Organizational Skills In Order To Coordinate And Manage Various Tasks, Materials, And Resources Efficiently.
Knowledge Of Production Processes: Candidates Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Production Processes, Including Equipment Operation, Quality Control, And Safety Protocols.
Experience In A Manufacturing Environment: Previous Experience Working In A Manufacturing Environment, Preferably In The Food And Beverage Industry, Is Highly Desirable For This Role.
Ability To Troubleshoot And Problem-Solve: Production Resources Must Be Able To Identify And Resolve Issues That May Arise During Production Quickly And Effectively.
