Conduct data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, patterns, and insights that help drive business decisions.
Collaborate with various teams to gather, organize, and validate data from multiple sources.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate key findings and recommendations.
Continuously monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Identify and propose new metrics and data sources to enhance reporting and analysis.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of data by performing regular audits and quality checks.
Communicate complex data and analysis in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in reporting and data analysis.
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Train and support team members on reporting tools and techniques.
Adhere to data privacy and security policies and procedures.
Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Proactively identify and troubleshoot data issues and provide timely resolutions.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Business, Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Data Analysis And Reporting, Preferably In The Consumer Goods Industry
Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Data Analysis Tools Such As Tableau Or Power Bi
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Interpret And Communicate Complex Data
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Insights And Recommendations To Various Stakeholders.
