Ensure all PepsiCo products are properly displayed and stocked in stores according to company standards.
Maintain excellent relationships with store managers and employees to ensure product availability and optimal merchandising.
Implement and execute merchandising plans and strategies to increase sales and drive customer satisfaction.
Monitor and report on product inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or reordering.
Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company standards and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with sales representatives to understand and respond to customer needs and preferences.
Use creativity and innovation to develop eye-catching displays and promotions to attract and engage customers.
Utilize organizational skills to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Merchandising Or Sales In The Consumer Goods Industry.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Build Relationships With Customers And Effectively Relay Brand Messaging.
Proficient In Microsoft Office And Data Analysis Tools To Track And Report On Sales Data And Market Trends.
Ability To Work Independently And Manage Time Effectively To Meet Deadlines And Achieve Sales Targets.
