Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle (CMV) in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
Deliver PepsiCo products to local businesses and retailers in a timely and efficient manner.
Provide excellent customer service to clients by maintaining a professional and courteous attitude at all times.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the assigned vehicle and report any issues or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date delivery records, including receipts and invoices.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and delivery schedules.
Communicate effectively with the distribution team and management to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the local area and effectively plan routes to maximize delivery efficiency.
Operate all vehicle equipment and technology in a safe and responsible manner.
Keep the assigned vehicle clean and well-maintained at all times.
Represent PepsiCo in a professional and positive manner at all times, both on and off the road.
Continuously monitor and maintain a safe working environment, including safe loading and unloading of products.
Maintain a valid CDL A license and comply with all medical requirements.
Attend training sessions and meetings as required to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned by the management team.

Job Qualifications
Valid Cdl A License: This Is The Most Basic Qualification For A Local Delivery Driver At Pepsico. A Valid Commercial Driver’s License (Cdl) Class A Is Necessary To Operate The Company’s Delivery Trucks.
Clean Driving Record: As A Delivery Driver, You Will Be Responsible For Transporting Pepsico’s Products To Various Locations. A Clean Driving Record Is Essential To Ensure The Safety Of Yourself, The Products, And Other Drivers On The Road.
Experience In Delivery Driving: Pepsico Prefers Candidates With Previous Experience In Delivery Driving. This Includes Knowledge Of Local Roads, Vehicle Maintenance, And Safe Driving Practices.
Physical Fitness: Delivery Drivers Are Required To Load And Unload Heavy Cases Of Products, So Physical Fitness And The Ability To Lift And Carry Heavy Items Is A Must.
Customer Service Skills: As A Representative Of Pepsico, It Is Important For The Driver To Have Excellent Customer Service Skills. This Includes Being Friendly, Professional, And Efficient When Interacting With Customers During Deliveries.
