Ensure product placement and availability: The Merchandiser will be responsible for ensuring that PepsiCo products are displayed prominently and are readily available in retail stores.
Implement merchandising strategies: The Merchandiser will work closely with the sales team to implement merchandising strategies that will drive sales and increase brand visibility.
Maintain store relationships: The Merchandiser will build and maintain relationships with store managers and staff to ensure proper product placement and adherence to merchandising guidelines.
Conduct store visits: The Merchandiser will regularly visit assigned stores to monitor product placement, check inventory levels, and make any necessary adjustments to ensure optimal product visibility.
Monitor competition: The Merchandiser will keep track of competitor products and their placement in stores, and make recommendations for improvements to stay ahead in the market.
Create eye-catching displays: The Merchandiser will use creativity and visual merchandising techniques to create eye-catching displays that will attract customers and increase sales.
Ensure compliance with company standards: The Merchandiser will ensure that all merchandising activities are in line with company standards and guidelines.
Provide feedback and insights: The Merchandiser will provide regular feedback and insights to the sales team on merchandising trends and customer preferences.
Train store staff: The Merchandiser will conduct training sessions for store staff on product positioning and merchandising techniques to ensure consistency across all stores.
Maintain accurate records: The Merchandiser will keep accurate records of store visits, product placement, and sales data to provide insights for future merchandising strategies.
