Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with external organizations to support business growth and success.
Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts with a focus on maximizing benefits and minimizing risks.
Conduct thorough legal analysis of potential partnerships to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify potential partnership opportunities and develop strategies for pursuing them.
Serve as a subject matter expert on legal issues related to partnerships and provide guidance and support to internal teams.
Conduct due diligence on potential partners to assess their legal standing and reputation.
Proactively identify and mitigate potential legal risks associated with partnerships.
Manage and maintain relationships with existing partners, including conducting regular reviews and addressing any legal issues that may arise.
Stay updated on industry trends and developments related to partnerships and make recommendations for new partnership opportunities.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the success and effectiveness of partnerships, and make adjustments as needed to ensure their continued success.
Effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful implementation of partnership strategies.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior legal team members and other internal teams involved in partnership development.
Represent the company in legal matters related to partnerships, including negotiating and resolving disputes.
Maintain accurate and organized legal records and documentation related to partnerships.
Uphold the company’s values and ethical standards in all partnerships and business dealings.

Job Qualifications
Juris Doctor (Jd) Degree From An Accredited Law School
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Corporate Or Commercial Law, With A Focus On Strategic Partnerships And/Or Business Development
Strong Negotiation Skills And Experience In Drafting And Reviewing Complex Commercial Agreements
Knowledge Of Insurance Industry And Relevant Regulations
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate And Build Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders.
