Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support the company’s cases and legal strategies.
Draft legal documents, pleadings, and motions in a clear and concise manner.
Represent the company in court proceedings and effectively communicate legal arguments.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and evidence for cases.
Develop and maintain relationships with outside counsel and other legal professionals.
Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations impacting the insurance industry and the company’s operations.
Provide legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on various legal matters.
Participate in negotiations and settlement discussions on behalf of the company.
Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.
Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
Assist with training and mentoring junior legal team members.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions and communications.
Prioritize and manage a high volume of cases and deadlines effectively.

Job Qualifications
Juris Doctor (Jd) Degree From An Accredited Law School
Admission To The State Bar And In Good Standing
Strong Knowledge Of Insurance Law And Regulations
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Insurance Defense Litigation
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Advocate For The Company In Legal Proceedings.
