Develop and maintain strong relationships with external technology suppliers.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with technology suppliers to ensure cost-effective and high-quality services.
Monitor and track technology supplier performance, ensuring that they meet agreed upon service level agreements.
Identify and mitigate any potential risks or issues with technology suppliers.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand technology needs and requirements.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to inform supplier selection and management.
Conduct regular reviews of technology suppliers to ensure they are meeting business needs and objectives.
Manage the procurement process for technology suppliers, including RFPs, evaluations, and vendor selection.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive supplier management strategy and framework.
Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Continuously review and optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Maintain detailed records and documentation related to technology supplier management.
Provide guidance and support to internal teams regarding technology supplier management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technology solutions and processes.
Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance requirements related to technology supplier management.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Business Administration.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Technology Supplier Management Role, Preferably In The Insurance Or Financial Industry.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Technology Products And Services, Including Software, Hardware, And Cloud-Based Solutions.
Demonstrated Experience In Negotiating Contracts And Managing Vendor Relationships, Including Performance Monitoring And Issue Resolution.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
