Oversee a team of commercial claims associates to ensure timely and accurate handling of claims.
Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the claims process.
Train and mentor team members to enhance their knowledge and skills in commercial claims.
Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching to improve performance.
Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Review and approve high-value and complex claims, providing guidance and support to team members.
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations and policies related to commercial claims.
Investigate and resolve escalated customer complaints and issues.
Prepare and analyze reports on team performance, claims trends, and other key metrics.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and make recommendations for career development and advancement.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
Represent the company in meetings and negotiations with commercial policyholders.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Business Administration, Insurance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Commercial Insurance Claims Handling.
Strong Leadership And Managerial Skills, With Experience Managing A Team Of Claims Adjusters.
Excellent Knowledge Of Commercial Insurance Policies And Coverage, Including Property, Liability, And Workers’ Compensation.
Ability To Effectively Communicate And Negotiate With Clients, Attorneys, And Other Stakeholders.
