Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and reliable software solutions using Java.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.
Troubleshoot and debug code issues, and propose effective solutions.
Stay updated with the latest Java technologies and trends, and continuously look for ways to improve and enhance our software systems.
Lead and mentor junior engineers, and provide technical guidance and support to ensure project success.
Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Ensure timely delivery of projects by adhering to project timelines and following best practices.
Collaborate with other teams, such as QA and DevOps, to ensure smooth deployment and maintenance of software solutions.
Proactively identify and resolve technical roadblocks and issues, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Contribute to the development and implementation of coding standards, processes, and procedures.
Participate in on-call rotation for critical production issues, and provide timely resolutions.
Continuously monitor and improve the performance and scalability of our Java applications.
Comply with all company policies and procedures, including security and compliance standards.
Act as a subject matter expert for Java development and contribute to the overall technical strategy and roadmap of the company.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Object-Oriented Programming Principles And Design Patterns.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Java Development, Including Proficiency In Spring Framework And Hibernate.
Experience In Developing And Maintaining Large-Scale, Mission-Critical Applications.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Mentoring Junior Engineers And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams.
