Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory management, transportation, and distribution processes.
Lead and manage logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products and materials.
Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and cost savings within the supply chain.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions to streamline logistics processes.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to logistics and supply chain management.
Oversee the maintenance of accurate inventory records and ensure inventory levels are optimized.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials.
Train and mentor junior logistics personnel to ensure a high level of competence within the team.
Proactively identify and resolve any issues or inefficiencies within the supply chain to minimize disruptions.
Continuously evaluate and improve logistics processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in the marketplace.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations.
Make recommendations for budget planning and cost control measures to senior management.
Maintain a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Logistics Engineering Or Supply Chain Management.
Proficiency In Logistics Software And Systems, Such As Sap, Oracle, And Wms.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Identify And Resolve Complex Logistics Issues.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Abilities To Manage Cross-Functional Teams And Collaborate With Stakeholders.
