Develop and execute test plans and procedures for complex military systems.
Conduct system integration and testing activities in accordance with program requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot system issues.
Utilize advanced engineering principles and techniques to identify and resolve technical challenges.
Analyze and interpret test results to ensure system performance meets design specifications.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of test procedures, results, and findings.
Participate in design reviews and provide technical expertise and recommendations.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology to inform testing processes.
Adhere to company and industry safety standards and protocols during testing activities.
Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on project status and any issues that arise.
Continuously improve testing processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers on testing techniques and best practices.
Attend training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills related to system integration and testing.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Engineering Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In System Integration And Testing
Familiarity With White Sands Missile Range And Its Testing Facilities
Strong Understanding Of Systems Engineering Processes And Principles
Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment.
