Lead and manage a team of system engineers to ensure successful design, development, and implementation of complex systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and develop innovative engineering solutions.
Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of system designs to ensure they meet technical, cost, and schedule requirements.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Monitor and track project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Communicate project updates, progress, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all technical and engineering-related issues and queries.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Or Master’s Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In System Engineering, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Role.
Extensive Knowledge Of System Design Principles, Including Requirements Analysis, System Integration, And Testing.
Proficiency In Using Systems Engineering Tools Such As Doors, Sysml, And Model-Based Systems Engineering (Mbse).
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate With Stakeholders At All Levels.
