Oversee the integration and testing of undersea systems to ensure their successful deployment and operation.
Manage and lead a team of technicians and engineers in the integration and testing process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute test plans and procedures.
Monitor and analyze test results to identify and troubleshoot any issues.
Develop and maintain documentation for the integration and testing process.
Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols during the integration and testing process.
Communicate project status and updates to key stakeholders, including management and customers.
Manage project schedules and budgets to meet project deadlines and financial targets.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of integration and testing.
Stay up-to-date with advancements in undersea technology and incorporate them into the integration and testing process.
Mentor and train team members to develop their technical and leadership skills.
Represent the company in meetings with clients and other external parties.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Engineering Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Integration And Testing Of Undersea Systems

Familiarity With Military And Defense Industry Standards And Regulations
