Develop and implement innovative thermal design solutions for Dell products, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Lead and manage a team of engineers to drive thermal design projects and initiatives.
Conduct thorough analyses and simulations to identify potential thermal issues and develop effective solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate thermal design considerations into product development process.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in thermal engineering to continuously improve Dell’s thermal design capabilities.
Act as a subject matter expert on thermal design and provide guidance and support to other engineers.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of thermal solutions to ensure they meet performance and quality standards.
Identify and troubleshoot any issues related to thermal design during product development and post-launch.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation of thermal design processes, methodologies, and results.
Collaborate with suppliers and partners to source and evaluate components and materials for thermal design.
Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations.
Continuously improve and optimize thermal design processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Communicate and present thermal design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, including senior management.
Mentor and train junior engineers to develop their skills and knowledge in thermal engineering.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Thermal Design And Analysis, Preferably In The Computer Hardware Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Thermal Management Principles, Including Heat Transfer, Fluid Dynamics, And Thermodynamics.
Proficiency In Thermal Simulation And Analysis Software Such As Ansys, Flotherm, Or Icepak.
Excellent Project Management Skills And The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams To Develop Thermal Solutions For Complex Systems.
