Lead the design and development of server mechanical solutions that meet the high-quality standards of Dell.
Collaborate with a team of engineers to brainstorm and implement innovative ideas for server designs.
Utilize your strong mechanical engineering background to guide and mentor team members.
Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in technology and incorporate them into server designs.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Mechanical Or Electrical Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Server Design And Development, Preferably At A Large Technology Company.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Server Architecture, Components, And Thermal Management Systems.
Experience With Designing And Testing Server Prototypes, As Well As Troubleshooting And Resolving Mechanical Issues.
Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Lead And Mentor A Team Of Engineers, As Well As Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
