Interact with clients to understand their technology needs and preferences.
Analyze and assess client’s current technology infrastructure and provide recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement customized technology solutions for clients.
Stay updated on latest technology trends and advancements in order to provide innovative solutions to clients.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients in a clear and professional manner.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the implementation process.
Communicate with clients regularly to provide progress updates and address any concerns or questions.
Ensure timely and efficient delivery of technology solutions to clients.
Continuously seek feedback from clients to improve and enhance our technology solutions.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and successful project completion.
Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions and solution implementations.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
Adhere to company policies and procedures while representing Dell in a professional manner.
Continuously develop and improve technical skills and knowledge to stay updated with industry advancements.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Client Engineering, Including Designing And Deploying Client Systems.
Strong Knowledge Of Desktop Operating Systems, Such As Windows And Macos.
Experience With Server-Side Technologies, Such As Active Directory And Sccm.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
