Provide excellent care and support to residents by assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Monitor residents’ health and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff.
Assist with mobility and transfers, including using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents by following infection control and safety protocols.
Complete and document accurate and timely resident observations, vital signs, and other required documentation.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
Uphold the values and mission of PruittHealth by treating residents, co-workers, and visitors with respect, dignity, and compassion.
Attend and actively participate in training and educational programs to maintain and improve skills and knowledge.
Adhere to all state and federal guidelines and regulations related to nursing care.
Collaborate with other CNAs and healthcare team members to ensure consistent and coordinated care for residents.
Maintain confidentiality of resident information and follow all HIPAA guidelines.
Display a positive attitude and foster a team-oriented work environment.
Perform other duties as assigned by the nursing supervisor or facility management.

Job Qualifications
High School Diploma Or Ged: A Minimum Education Requirement For A Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) Job At Pruitthealth Is A High School Diploma Or Equivalent. This Ensures That The Candidate Has The Necessary Basic Education To Understand And Perform The Job Duties.
State Certification: All Cnas At Pruitthealth Must Be Certified By The State In Which They Work. This Certification Demonstrates That The Candidate Has Completed A State-Approved Training Program And Has Passed A Competency Exam.
Experience In A Healthcare Setting: Previous Experience Working In A Healthcare Setting, Such As A Nursing Home Or Hospital, Is Preferred For A Cna Position At Pruitthealth. This Experience Shows That The Candidate Has A Basic Understanding Of Healthcare Practices And Can Handle The Demands Of The Job.
Physical And Mental Fitness: Cnas Must Be Physically And Mentally Fit To Perform Their Duties, Which Can Involve Lifting, Standing For Long Periods, And Dealing With Emotionally Challenging Situations. Pruitthealth May Require A Candidate To Pass A Physical Exam Or Provide A Doctor’s Note Stating Their Ability To Perform The Job.
