Oversee and manage the nursing staff during weekend shifts

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Nursing: A Minimum Of A Bachelor’s Degree In Nursing Is Required For The Registered Nurse Weekend Supervisor Position At Pruitthealth. This Degree Ensures That The Candidate Has A Strong Foundation In Nursing Principles And Practices.
Current Rn License: The Candidate Must Possess A Current And Valid Registered Nurse License In The State Where The Facility Is Located. This License Ensures That The Candidate Is Qualified To Practice As A Registered Nurse And Is Up-To-Date On All Nursing Regulations And Standards.
Previous Nursing Experience: Prior Experience Working As A Registered Nurse Is Required For The Weekend Supervisor Position. This Experience Should Include At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Or Leadership Role, Preferably In A Long-Term Care Or Skilled Nursing Facility.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: The Weekend Supervisor Is Responsible For Overseeing The Nursing Staff And Coordinating Care For Residents. As Such, Strong Leadership And Communication Skills Are Essential Qualifications For This Role. The Candidate Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Staff, Residents, And Families, And Lead A Team In Delivering High-Quality Care.
Knowledge Of State And Federal Regulations: The Candidate Must Have A Strong Understanding Of State And Federal Regulations Related To Nursing Home Care. This Includes Knowledge Of Medicare And Medicaid Regulations, As Well As Knowledge Of State-Specific Regulations. This Knowledge Is Necessary To Ensure Compliance And Maintain High-Quality Care Standards.
