As a Rehab Tech-CNA, you will play a crucial role in assisting our residents with their recovery and rehabilitation needs. Provide compassionate care: The primary responsibility of a Rehab Tech-CNA at PruittHealth is to provide compassionate care and support to our patients and residents. This includes being empathetic, understanding their needs, and treating them with dignity and respect.

Assist with rehabilitation: As a Rehab Tech-CNA, you will be responsible for assisting our residents with their rehabilitation needs. This may include assisting with therapeutic exercises, mobility assistance, and other activities as directed by the licensed therapists.

Monitor patient progress: It is essential to closely monitor the progress of our residents during their rehabilitation. The Rehab Tech-CNA will be responsible for documenting and reporting any changes or improvements in a patient’s condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals.

Coordinate with healthcare team: A Rehab Tech-CNA will work closely with our licensed therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for our residents. This may include attending team meetings, providing updates on patient progress, and following care plans.

Assist with daily living activities: In addition to rehabilitation tasks, a Rehab Tech-CNA will also assist residents with their daily living activities. This may include helping with personal hygiene, dressing, and feeding.

Maintain a safe and clean environment: The safety and cleanliness of our facility are essential to us at PruittHealth. A Rehab Tech-CNA will help maintain a safe and clean environment by following infection control protocols, assisting with room and equipment cleaning, and proper disposal of medical waste.

Provide emotional support: Recovering from an illness or injury can be emotionally challenging for many of our residents. A Rehab Tech-CNA will provide emotional support by actively listening, offering encouragement, and being a positive presence for our residents.

Uphold company policies and procedures: A Rehab Tech-CNA is expected to adhere to all company policies and procedures, including maintaining patient confidentiality and following HIPAA regulations.
