Develop and maintain firmware for Lexmark’s imaging and printing products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test new firmware features.
Troubleshoot and debug firmware issues to ensure high-quality and reliable products.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in firmware technology.
Participate in firmware code reviews to ensure code quality and compliance with coding standards.
Ensure timely delivery of firmware projects and meet project deadlines.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for firmware processes and procedures.
Continuously improve and optimize firmware performance.
Work closely with hardware engineers to ensure seamless integration of firmware with hardware components.
Participate in team meetings and provide regular updates on firmware development progress.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior firmware engineers.
Collaborate with the product management team to understand product requirements and translate them into firmware specifications.
Conduct research and feasibility studies to identify new opportunities for improving firmware functionality and features.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
Represent Lexmark in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
Experience With Embedded Systems And Real-Time Operating Systems.
Bachelor’s Degree In Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Firmware Development, Preferably In The Printer Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Programming Languages Such As C, C++, And Assembly.
Familiarity With Hardware Design And Testing Processes.
