Conduct financial analysis and reporting for the regional operations of Ball Corporation.
Support the development of long-term strategic plans and initiatives for the regional operations.
Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support decision-making and provide financial insights.
Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior management.
Monitor and track key performance indicators and provide recommendations for improvement.
Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and budgeting processes.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential growth opportunities.
Monitor industry trends and provide insights on potential impacts to the regional operations.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Mentor and train junior analysts on financial analysis and reporting techniques.
Participate in special projects and ad-hoc analyses as needed.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Stay updated on industry best practices and share knowledge with the team.
Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance financial processes and systems.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Or Master’s Degree In Finance, Economics, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Planning And Analysis, Preferably In A Regional Or Multinational Corporation.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Financial Data And Provide Strategic Insights.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With Experience In Presenting Financial Analysis To Senior Management And Key Stakeholders.
Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Financial Strategies To Support Organizational Goals And Drive Growth In A Regional Or Global Context.
