Perform regular maintenance and repairs on production equipment to ensure optimal functioning and minimize downtime.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and develop effective solutions to keep production running smoothly.
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasks to identify and address potential problems before they escalate.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures while working on equipment to ensure a safe and accident-free work environment.
Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including performed tasks, parts used, and equipment status.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels for spare parts and equipment components to ensure timely repairs and replacements.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
Train and mentor new technicians on equipment operations and maintenance procedures.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in technology to continually improve maintenance processes and techniques.
Adhere to company policies and regulations, including quality standards, safety guidelines, and maintenance schedules.
Communicate effectively with team members and managers to report equipment issues, maintenance activities, and potential improvements.

Job Qualifications
High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Technicien De Maintenance At Ball Corporation Should Possess A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Certification From A Recognized Institution.
Technical Degree Or Relevant Certification: Candidates With A Technical Degree Or Relevant Certification In Fields Such As Mechanical, Electrical, Or Industrial Engineering Will Be Given Preference.
Prior Experience In Maintenance Or Related Field: A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Maintenance Or A Related Field Is Usually Required For This Position. Candidates With Experience In A Manufacturing Or Production Environment Will Be Preferred.
Strong Problem-Solving And Troubleshooting Skills: A Technicien De Maintenance Should Have Excellent Problem-Solving And Troubleshooting Skills To Identify And Fix Issues With Machinery And Equipment.
Knowledge Of Safety Protocols And Regulations: Candidates Should Have A Good Understanding Of Safety Protocols And Regulations Related To Maintenance Work, Including Lockout/Tagout Procedures And Use Of Personal Protective Equipment (Ppe).
