Design and develop PLC systems using Rockwell software to meet the automation needs of the company.
Program and troubleshoot PLC systems to ensure efficient and reliable operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation needs and develop solutions.
Conduct regular maintenance and upgrades to existing PLC systems to improve performance and efficiency.
Monitor and analyze system performance data to identify potential issues and implement preventative measures.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automation technology to continually improve processes.
Train and mentor team members on PLC programming and troubleshooting techniques.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all automation processes.
Participate in the development and implementation of automation strategies and projects.
Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on project status and address any issues.
Manage project timelines and resources to ensure timely completion of automation projects.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to PLC systems to minimize downtime.
Maintain accurate documentation of all PLC programs, configurations, and changes.

Job Qualifications
Ability To Read And Interpret Technical Drawings And Schematics.
Proficient In Rockwell Automation Software And Programming Languages (Such As Rslogix, Studio 5000, Factorytalk, Etc.)
Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Plc Hardware And Troubleshooting.
Strong Understanding Of Industrial Automation Systems And Processes.
Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Various Departments And Stakeholders.
