Operate and maintain various tools and equipment used in the manufacturing process.
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on tools and machinery to ensure proper functioning.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during production.
Collaborate with production teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Monitor tooling inventory and order replacements as needed.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Utilize problem-solving skills to identify root causes of issues and implement effective solutions.
Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding tooling and manufacturing processes.
Train and mentor new or less experienced technicians in tooling and manufacturing procedures.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in tooling and manufacturing technology.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of tooling maintenance and repairs.
Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
