Perform routine maintenance tasks on production equipment and facilities to ensure optimal functionality and minimize downtime.
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues, and develop and implement effective solutions.
Conduct regular inspections and identify potential problems, taking proactive measures to prevent equipment failures.
Collaborate with other team members to coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure minimal disruption to production.
Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and equipment performance.
Monitor equipment performance and make recommendations for upgrades or replacements to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and new technologies, and make recommendations for their implementation.
Adhere to safety regulations and company policies while performing maintenance tasks.
Communicate effectively with management and other departments to report maintenance activities and resolve any issues.
Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve technical skills and knowledge.
Ensure compliance with all environmental regulations and company sustainability goals.
Manage inventory of spare parts and equipment to ensure availability and minimize downtime.
Identify areas for improvement in maintenance processes and procedures, and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Act as a mentor to junior maintenance team members, providing guidance and support as needed.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Maintenance Engineering, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Industrial Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Mechanical And Electrical Systems, Including Troubleshooting And Repair.
Familiarity With Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (Cmms) And Experience Using Them To Track And Schedule Maintenance Tasks.
Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team, With Excellent Problem-Solving And Communication Skills.
