Operate and maintain machines used for washing cans, ensuring they are running efficiently and effectively.
Monitor and adjust chemical levels to ensure proper cleaning and sanitization of cans.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify any issues or malfunctions and report them to the appropriate personnel.
Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to meet company standards and comply with safety regulations.
Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.
Record and maintain accurate production data, including machine settings, chemical usage, and production rates.
Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical or chemical issues that may arise during the production process.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to quality control and waste management.
Continuously strive to meet production goals and maintain high-quality standards for all products.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
Maintain a strong understanding of the chemical composition and reactions of the cleaning solutions used in the can washing process.
