Process and fulfill customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintain a high level of inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient and effective order fulfillment.
Monitor and track order status, proactively identifying and resolving any potential issues.
Communicate with customers and provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or inquiries.
Ensure all orders are properly packaged and shipped according to company standards.
Maintain and update order and inventory records in the company database.
Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
Adhere to all safety and quality standards while performing order fulfillment tasks.
Train and mentor new team members on order fulfillment processes and procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote workplace safety and efficiency.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements related to order fulfillment and logistics.
Handle special projects and tasks as assigned by the department manager.
Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
Act as a brand ambassador for Ball Corporation, promoting our commitment to sustainable packaging solutions.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Order Fulfillment Or Logistics, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Distribution Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Inventory Management Principles And Practices.
Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Experience Working With Inventory Management Systems.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With A Focus On Meeting Customer Needs And Maintaining High Levels Of Accuracy In Fulfillment Processes.
