Collaborate with experienced training professionals to develop and deliver technical training programs.
Utilize engineering knowledge to understand and effectively teach technical concepts.
Conduct research and gather information to support the development of training materials.
Participate in the delivery of training sessions, ensuring a high-quality learning experience for participants.
Assist in the coordination and logistics of training programs, including scheduling and logistics.
Communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of training programs.
Continuously assess and evaluate training programs to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments.
Utilize strong communication skills to clearly and effectively communicate technical information to participants.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical training to continuously improve training programs.
Maintain accurate records of training activities and present data to stakeholders as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.
Take initiative to identify and suggest new training methods and techniques to enhance the overall training program.

Job Qualifications
A Bachelor’s Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Education, Human Resources, Or Business Administration.

Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Effectively Deliver Technical Training To Diverse Audiences.
Prior Experience In Conducting Needs Assessments, Designing Training Programs, And Evaluating Training Effectiveness.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Learning Management Systems, With The Ability To Quickly Learn And Adapt To New Technology Platforms.
