Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and processes.
Source, screen, and identify top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
Conduct phone and in-person interviews with potential candidates to assess their qualifications and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage the candidate experience by providing timely and professional communication and updates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and information in the applicant tracking system.
Assist with onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the hiring process.
Represent the company at job fairs and other recruitment events.
Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions and requirements.
Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates to establish a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in talent acquisition efforts.
Ensure compliance with all hiring laws and regulations.
Continuously seek out new and innovative ways to attract top talent to the company.
Act as a brand ambassador for Ball Corporation, highlighting our company culture, values, and opportunities for growth and development.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Industrial Setting.
Knowledge Of Recruiting Best Practices And Techniques, Including Sourcing, Screening, And Interviewing.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Candidates And Hiring Managers.
Familiarity With Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Hr Software.
