Develop and implement process improvement strategies and initiatives across all regional facilities in South America.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence.
Collaborate with various departments and teams to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
Lead and manage a team of process improvement specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure successful implementation of initiatives.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company standards and identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and senior management to promote understanding and support for process improvement initiatives.
Monitor industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes and maintain a competitive edge.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and ensure they are consistently followed across all regional facilities.
Identify and resolve any process-related issues and barriers to success.
Provide training and support to employees to ensure understanding and adoption of new processes.
Develop and manage budgets for process improvement initiatives.
Communicate progress and results of process improvement initiatives to senior management and stakeholders.
Identify and implement new technologies and tools to improve processes and increase efficiency.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards.
Continuously seek opportunities for cost reduction and waste elimination.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Business Administration, Operations Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role, Preferably In A Regional Or Multi-Site Manufacturing Environment.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Processes And Driving Continuous Improvement Initiatives.
Strong Understanding Of Supply Chain Management, Production Planning, And Inventory Control.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams.
