Strategically plan and execute eye-catching displays for Kellogg’s iconic brands in retail stores
Bring creativity and attention to detail to merchandising efforts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective displays
Use organizational skills to manage and maintain inventory of display materials
Continuously monitor and analyze display effectiveness and make necessary adjustments
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor displays to inform merchandising strategies
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the Kellogg brand in-store
Communicate effectively with store managers and staff to secure prime display space and negotiate placement
Travel to various retail stores to set up displays and ensure compliance with brand standards
Work independently and efficiently to meet tight deadlines and achieve set goals
Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve overall merchandising strategy and execution.

Attention To Detail: A Retail Display Merchandiser Must Have A Keen Eye For Detail To Ensure That All Displays Are Set Up Correctly And Accurately Reflect The Brand’s Image And Messaging.
Experience In Retail Or Merchandising: Previous Experience In A Retail Setting Or In Merchandising Is Essential, As It Demonstrates An Understanding Of The Industry And The Ability To Execute Effective Displays.
Creativity And Innovation: Kellogg Is Constantly Launching New Products And Campaigns, So A Retail Display Merchandiser Must Be Able To Think Outside The Box And Come Up With Creative And Innovative Ways To Showcase These Products To Attract And Engage Customers.
