Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of production equipment to ensure optimal performance and identify any potential issues.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections.
Collaborate with other departments to schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks to minimize disruption to production.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels of spare parts and equipment to ensure timely repairs and replacements.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to protect the well-being of employees and prevent accidents.
Train and mentor junior maintenance technicians to develop their skills and knowledge.
Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in equipment and technology to improve maintenance processes.
Communicate with production team and management to report any issues or concerns and provide recommendations for improvements.
Keep work area clean and organized to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Job Qualifications
Experience In Mechanical Maintenance: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Mechanical Maintenance, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Industrial Setting.
