Job Qualifications
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Faculty, Staff, And Students From Diverse Backgrounds.
A Minimum Of A Master’s Degree In A Relevant Field Of Study, With A Preference For Candidates With A Phd Or Other Terminal Degree.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience Teaching At The College Or University Level, Preferably In A Similar Academic Operations Role.
Strong Organizational And Administrative Skills, Including The Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively.
Knowledge Of Academic Policies And Procedures, As Well As Experience Working With Student Records And Course Scheduling Systems.
