Design and implement server solutions for advanced computing systems at Qualcomm.
Ensure reliability, availability, and serviceability of server architecture.
Develop and maintain server RAS (Reliability, Availability, and Serviceability) policies and procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address server RAS requirements.
Conduct thorough analyses and recommend server architecture improvements to enhance performance and efficiency.
Monitor and evaluate server RAS metrics and provide regular reports to management.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in server RAS technologies.
Communicate and coordinate with external vendors and partners to integrate their solutions into Qualcomm’s server architecture.
Lead and mentor junior team members on server RAS best practices and methodologies.
Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely and successful delivery of server solutions.
Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of server systems to identify and resolve any issues.

Job Qualifications
Extensive Experience In Designing And Implementing Server Remote Access Services (Ras) Solutions For Large-Scale Enterprise Environments.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Virtualization Technologies, Including Vmware, Hyper-V, And Kvm, And Their Integration With Ras Systems.
Strong Understanding Of Network Security Principles And Experience In Implementing Secure Ras Solutions, Including Vpns And Multi-Factor Authentication.
Proficiency In Scripting And Automation Tools Such As Powershell, Python, And Ansible To Streamline Ras Deployment And Management Processes.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Present Technical Solutions To Stakeholders.
