Conduct server testing to ensure the quality and functionality of Qualcomm’s server products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement test plans and strategies.
Identify and troubleshoot potential issues in server performance and propose solutions.
Optimize server configurations based on industry standards and customer requirements.
Develop and maintain automated testing processes for efficient and accurate testing.
Document and report test results and provide recommendations for improvements.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in server technology to continuously improve testing processes.
Work closely with the product development team to understand new features and functionalities and devise test plans accordingly.
Participate in product design and review meetings to provide valuable input on server testability.
Provide technical support to customers and assist in resolving any server-related issues.
Train and mentor junior team members on server testing and productization processes.
Continuously evaluate and enhance server test and productization procedures to ensure maximum efficiency and accuracy.
Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability in all tasks and interactions.
Represent Qualcomm in a positive and knowledgeable manner when communicating with customers and stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Experience In Software Development And Testing, Preferably In A Server Or Networking Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Server Architectures And Protocols, Such As Tcp/Ip, Http, And Dns.
Familiarity With Virtualization Technologies, Such As Vmware Or Kvm.
Excellent Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And In A Team.
