Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including industry partners, to promote Qualcomm’s leadership in RISC-V technology.
Manage a team of software engineers and provide guidance and mentorship to support their professional growth and development.
Identify potential challenges and risks in RISC-V technology implementation and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Risc-V Architecture: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Risc-V Instruction Set Architecture (Isa) And Its Implementation In Software. They Should Have Hands-On Experience With Risc-V Development Tools And Frameworks.
Strong Background In Software Development: A Director Of Technical Standards At Qualcomm Must Have A Strong Background In Software Development, With A Focus On Embedded Systems. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Delivering High-Quality Software Products And Leading Teams Of Software Engineers.
Experience With Open Source Software: Risc-V Is An Open Source Instruction Set Architecture, So Experience With Open Source Software Development Is A Must. The Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Open Source Licensing, Community Management, And Contribution Processes.
