Design and develop PCIe based WLAN products with a focus on chipsets, utilizing your expertise in chipset development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration and implementation of chipsets into WLAN products.
Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential areas for improvement and optimize performance of wireless technology.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in wireless technology, and make recommendations for incorporating new features and functionalities into chipsets.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to chipset development, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
Participate in the product development lifecycle, from initial concept to production, providing valuable insights and recommendations to enhance chipset performance.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals, for reference and future use.
Collaborate with hardware and software engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and compatibility of chipsets with other components.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in the development of chipsets, contributing to the overall success of Qualcomm’s wireless technology products.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to foster their professional growth.
Adhere to project timelines and milestones, effectively managing and prioritizing tasks to ensure timely delivery of high-quality chipsets.
Represent Qualcomm at industry conferences and events, showcasing our innovative wireless technology and expertise in chipset development.
Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources in chipset development, when necessary.
Adhere to all quality and safety standards in the development of chipsets, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Communicate effectively with team members and superiors, providing regular updates on project progress and raising any potential issues or concerns.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Or A Related Field.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In The Design And Development Of Pcie-Based Wireless Lan Products.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Pcie Protocol, Phy Layer, And Mac Layer Specifications.
Experience With Design Verification And Validation Of Pcie-Based Wlan Products.
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment And Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
