Lead the development of FuSa/embedded systems for Qualcomm’s automotive products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and drive the technical direction of our automotive solutions.
Conduct research and development to identify and implement innovative and reliable solutions for automotive technology.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for automotive safety and embedded systems.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers on the team.
Work closely with product management and marketing teams to understand customer needs and requirements.
Design and implement software and hardware components for automotive systems.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of automotive systems to ensure they meet quality standards.
Identify and troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.

Job Qualifications
Expertise In Fusa And Embedded Systems: The Principal Engineer Must Possess A Deep Understanding And Extensive Experience In Functional Safety (Fusa) And Embedded Systems, Including Knowledge Of Iso 26262 Standards.
Strong Technical Background In Automotive: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Background In Automotive Systems, Including Hardware And Software Design, Development, And Testing.
Leadership And Project Management Skills: As A Principal Engineer, The Candidate Must Have Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Manage Projects Efficiently, Including Coordinating With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.
Experience In Safety-Critical Systems: The Principal Engineer Must Have Experience Working On Safety-Critical Systems, Preferably In The Automotive Industry, And Should Be Familiar With Various Safety Concepts, Such As Failure Modes And Effects Analysis (Fmea).
