Conduct research studies and experiments under the direction of the research team.
Develop research protocols and ensure they are followed accurately.
Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources and present findings to the research team.
Collaborate with other team members to plan and implement research projects.
Stay up-to-date on current research methods, techniques, and advancements in the healthcare field.
Assist in the preparation and submission of grant proposals and research publications.

Job Qualifications
Advanced Degree: A Research Associate 3 At Baptist Health South Florida Should Possess An Advanced Degree, Such As A Phd Or Md, In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Healthcare.
Prior Research Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Significant Amount Of Research Experience, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting. This Could Include Conducting Experiments, Analyzing Data, And Writing Reports.
Knowledge Of Research Methods: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Research Methods And Techniques, Such As Statistical Analysis, Data Collection, And Study Design.
